The idea of The Communication Cafe evolved through churning of ideas, sharing experiences and discussions on various Teaching Learning methodologies. Over time, many ideologies paved way for new methodologies in the area of teaching Language and Communication Skills. However, at The Communication Cafe we realised that in order to make the process of imparting skills effective we need to bring in a change.
We decided to replace Teaching by Facilitating, Learning by Acquiring and creating an environment conducive for the learner’s growth. Communication is the basis of an individual’s growth and progress, but skillful communication is what differentiates a person from others.
